EXTERIOR: Beautiful straight body. All the gaps are correct with the fit and finish. The paint is like staring into a big red mirror, it shines brightly and really pops. The chrome bumpers look new as well as the side molding body trim. The windshield is crystal clear and looks new. Trimmed out with 442 emblems and side scoops and dual mirrors. It's sitting on chrome 15" SS1 wheels with radial redline tires that really make the look for this Cutlass.
INTERIOR: The door panels look in excellent condition including the handles and levers. It has a nice, padded dash that's complete with a glovebox. The face of the dash is in very good shape with working gauges. It has a retro style radio installed complete with a 10disc cd changer. The front bucket seats have been reupholstered as well as the rear and are in great shape along with the carpet and headliner. Everything fits nicely and it feels like a complete full interior.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Every Oldsmobile guy knows who Joe Mondello is. He is known by his speed shop Mondello Performance. He built this amazing looking 425ci 400HP engine. It has ported W-30 heads, rare L69 Tri-Power intake and carbs, MSD ignition, Mondello built oil pan, and Kooks long tube headers that have been jet hot coated. Power brakes with a dual reservoir, and a quick ratio power steering complete the bay of options. Everything has been installed nice and neat. It's a tidy engine bay.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid is painted nicely, and has reproduction stickers. The jambs are very clean and painted glossy. Weatherstripping looks new. It is finished in a nice spatter finish and the trunk is complete with a spare tire, mount, and jack.
UNDERSIDE: Ground up restoration that looks recently completed. Everything is fresh and painted nicely. F-41 Rally suspension includes rear boxed control arms, front and rear swaybars. The fat dual exhaust with x-pipe flow into polished stainless Magnaflow mufflers and correct 442 crimped tailpipes. Upgraded with disc brakes in front. Looking up at the motor, it's clean and dry. The custom oil pan is painted the same color as the rest of the block high torque starter. Upgraded from a 2 speed Powerglide to a Heavy duty 3-speed Turbo 400automatic. It was rebuilt with a 2800 stall and B&M finned aluminum pan. The power is transferred to the pavement with a rebuilt Type O 12 bolt posi-traction rear end that has 3.42 gears. The floors are nice clean metal, and the frame has been prepped and painted a nice satin black.
SERVICE: This passed through our shop needing no mechanical repairs!
Out of all the cars we have this one stands out and is impressive. You do not need a $120,000 show winner, this car presents itself really well. It is easy on the eyes! The options make it an enjoyable cruise, and the Tri-power keeps this far from boring. You just don't see these Cutlasses anymore, making this that more special.

One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom.
