1970 Fasty. Original California West Coast Car. Great interior, brand new headliner with all new window seals including the pop outs. Mostly all original. Original glass. Thousands in receipts will go with it. Great patina!! brand new all chrome Klassik Raider 17 inch 944 Porsche rims with brand new 40 series tires, Both with less than 500 miles on both. I spent $2000 on the rims and tires alone. Floor Pans And Heater Channels Are Great! Very Small rust Spot At Battery Tray. Converted from fuel injection to dual ICT carbs. 1600cc. Brand new alternator conversion kit. Just tuned up by my VW mechanic. New tie rods, shifter bushing, lowered with adjustable spring plates in the rear. Can Easily Raise it back to normal. Its not slammed so it still rides and drives nice. I daily drive it in the winter months about 8 months a year. Summertime I drive it about 2 - 3 times a week. I just drove it to a Volkswagen show that was 2 1/2 Hours round trip. Will eventually need new front brakes, still drives, just squeaks sometimes. Speedometer And Tach not currently working. Front bumper bracket is bent, needs straightened or a new one ( $65 ISP West ). Carbs need dialed in a touch. Blinker Switch Does Work, but will eventually need replaced, sometimes it wont stay, you have to hold it. its about $120 at ISP west. Blinkers and all lights work. Dome light works. Runs and drives good, just a little fine tuning. If you want it with the original rims instead of the chrome cookie cutter rims I will knock a $1000 off the price. Only reason I am selling is I have another project I need to fund. Gets looks and waves where ever I go. Last show I went to there was 400+ aircooled Volkswagens and I had 1 of 3 fastbacks there. If you need to trailer it my house is on a Cul De Sac with great access. Its Not Perfect it is a 54 year old Classic.
