Up for sale is a vintage, extremely durable 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport with the bullet proof 4.0 L in line 6 cylinder engine and rare 5 speed manual transmission. Purchased this vehicle from a local new car dealership in October 2023 that was traded in by the original owner. Bought this vehicle to ship and use out in Colorado but our plans have changed which is why it is being offered for sale. Within the last 500 miles since I purchased this vehicle, close to $5,000 in parts, labor, and repairs have been spent to bring this vehicle up to top operating condition which include:

·       Complete front suspension rebuild - ball joints, upper and lower control arms with bushings, springs, shocks, sway bar links, and sway bar bushings (see photos)

·       Complete front steering rebuild - tie rods, links, bushings, and steering stabilizer (see photos)

·       Front driveline rebuild – differential bearings, axle u joints, and hub bearings

·       Complete rear suspension rebuild – springs with bushings, links, bolts, shocks, sway bar links and bushings (see photos)

·       Ignition – Crank and distributor sensors

·       Electrical – New battery

·       Lighting - Rough Country headlamps

·       Interior – Front passenger, rear passenger, and cargo WeatherTech floor liners

·       Fluids – Engine, transmission, transfer case, brake, clutch, front and rear differentials

 

The remaining mechanical items that need repair or attention are the rear wiper, AC not blowing cold, and headliner.

The remaining body items that need repair or replacement is the headliner (sagging), dent on drivers front fender, drivers side rocker panel, right front lower door panel, and small floor area under drivers side carpeting (complete new floor panel has been purchased, listed in pictures, and would be included with purchase (see photo).
