This build alone has over $100k in parts and labor, $107k to be exact without the cost of the Jeep which started its life before the rebuild as a 2000 Cherokee Limited with only 122k miles. This entire build below has less than 7k miles on it. This was a complete rebuild top to bottom with not one part of the Jeep not unattended to. Your purchasing a 7k mile World Class XJ. A XJ like this would take us about 18 months to build and we couldn't even start to the build for about another 12-16 months, so you would be looking at 2.5 years to get something like this from us!!!! This Jeep has nothing but the very best and is the best of both worlds, it can make a great daily driver, weekend worrier or overland vehicle. From its custom Land Rover complete color change, rare and expensive parts like AEV, ARB, Yukon, to its complete upgraded driveline including its 4.6 Stroker, you will not never find another XJ like this to hit the market without custom ordering it. PAINT & BODY REFINISH: PARTS AND LABOR $20,300 This Jeeps body is completely re-finished in Land Rover Bonatti Grey Metallic with a contrasting roof finished in Land Rover Fuji White. For the repaint, the Jeep was 100% disassembled to resemble a factory paint job but with a better finish. All door jams, back side of doors, back side of hood, back side of rear gate, etc were painted for a true top of the line color change refinish. Even the engine bay was painted at the time of the original 4.0 was removed to install the 4.6 stroker. This Jeep was brought down to metal for the repaint which is a very time consuming process. Once sanded down to metal and all prep body work was done it was then primed and blocked numerous times for a perfectly flat finish. Once the body was blocked numerous times, it was then sealed, base coat with 2 coats followed by 3 coats of clear coat. All glass, seals, handles, trim, mirrors, etc were all removed for the refinishing and REPLACED with all BRAND NEW Mopar Glass, Seals, Trim, and Handles This exterior refinishing with parts and labor came in right at $20,300. If your not in the custom paint and body industry and know what it takes to complete a task like this, its absolutely tedious and time consuming with a completion time of about 4 months alone. Once the entire Jeep was painted and cured, it then received a full wet-sand, buff and polish to flatten out the clear coat. ENGINE: 4.6 STROKER ENGINE - PARTS AND LABOR - $10,500 This Jeep is equipped with a custom built high performance 4.6 Stroker Engine that really makes this Jeep move!!! The factory 190HP and 235TQ is now improved to over 280HP and 310TQ. This stroker includes forged connecting rods, an upgraded camshaft and many other parts to really bring this engine to life. The 4.0 factory engine is a great engine for a factory Jeep but is extremely under-powered once a Jeep is lifted with larger tires and additional weight. This 4.6 Stoker engine paired with the 4.56 Gears really makes driving this Jeep a wonderful experience with plenty of power for driving 85MPH on the highway to exploring off road adventures with added gear and equipment. A full Magnaflow exhaust system was installed to assist with the added power and add that touch of throaty sound. Our 26,000 sqft. office, showroom, and shop is conveniently and centrally located in Richmond VA, easily accessible from Interstate I-95, I64, and I295 . We are located on the grounds of Richmond International Airport for easy incoming travel. Our Building is literally 120 yard from the runway!! There are many hotels, local shopping, car rentals, and dinning within the Richmond Airport surroundings.
