This 2002 Dodge Dakota is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives.

2002 Dodge Dakota Sport 4X4

117,000 miles - This truck is in very good condition for being 22 years old. The truck is garage kept. It has a new battery and a new generator. I have not put more than 300 miles a year on it for the last 5 years. It has a full size bed liner. The tires have 18,000 miles on them and are like new. Great restore project - it would not take a lot of money just some TLC.

One draw back with my truck is the electrical system has a parasitic leak. I just haven't had the time or enthusiasm to find it. I keep a battery tender on the truck while parked in my garage. The truck will start every time if started every day without the battery tender being on. Let go longer than 36 hours it may need a jump. I think the leak is due to a remote starting system I removed several years ago. Some wires may be crossed and grounded. It also needs a new headliner.
