This could have been your fathers BUICK, Post WWII 1949 BUICK SUPER 4 Door sedan. Straight 8 cylinder 248 cid 4.1 Liter motor.Body color Gala Green. "Rare "Dynaflow" automatic transmission. Body is in amazing condition with no rust or holes appearing anywhere. Original owner garage kept for over 55 years. New starter, generator 6 volts, new heavy duty battery, ignition system,  new tires,4 inch white walls, brakes, voltage regulator and more. The Buick starts right up and goes down the road smoothly. Transmission shifts as designed, brakes are great and stop with no hesitation. All lights work, turn signals are functional, horn blasts loudly. Frame is clean with no outstanding rot or holes. Floors and trunk are solid. Vacuum windshield wipers work but are slow. Drivers side vent window has a crack in it. All chrome is outstanding in and out. Extremely minor pitting on right rear corner of rear bumper. Interior is in great condition with no open seams in seating fabric, Headliner is also excellent. All windows go up and down as designed and glass is clear. All door open and close tight and secure. Suspension is tight, alignment is also good. Buick easily goes down the road at 50 mph straight and secure. Speedometer and odometer functions properly, oil gauge, water temperature, charge gauge all work. Very minor chips and scratches here and there. It is a 1949 time capsule and by no means perfect but certainly a show winner and ready to be enjoyed. There are factory owners manuels in the car. This is NOT a project car. Any questions contact me thru Ebay. I have attempted to upload a video of me driving the car but I need to trim it. The BUICK is located in Sarasota Florida.
