Long gone is the profile and original motor. The lifted up front end gives it the iconic look and under the hood is a whole lotta fun. Far from original is a 291ci Hemi that can throw down the power through a 4-speed manual transmission. Oh the sound, the sweet, sweet sound! You won't sneak up on anyone with this monster. The Dupont black finish looks really good. The black leather seats are comfortable and in good order. The gasser stance with the chopped top by Brett Schreiber's Hot Rod Shop looks sweet! You won't find fiberglass here, all steel body folks! Some notes about the build. The cam was sent to California for a " grind. United Engine Specialists out of Witchita, KS did the following: Hot heads adapters installed, ground the crank, reconditioned rods, rebuilt heads. Car has a Ford 9" Rear End with 3.89 gear ratio, nicely balanced for green lighting and cruising. The owner has had her for a little over a year and came from family.
