In other words, besides just badging and minor trim differences, a Studebaker and a Packard was essentially the same car. On the Studebaker side, little changed on Studebaker's passenger cars from 1956 into 1957. The most notable change on the Studebakers was a redesigned front grille that now wrapped around the front end into the sides. The other major stylistic update was that the '57 Studebakers also sported larger taillights from the previous year design.
