A years-long build commissioned to the expertsat RWBLA, this 1991 Porsche 964 Carrera 4 was the subject of a Super Wide Bodyconversion, a 3-stage PPG finish in Lido Gold by RDBLA, a reupholstered Grigioleather interior with Alcantara and Houndstooth, and several race-focusedupgrades. It was further enhanced with a Bilstein race suspension, Fabspeed RSRheaders, an aftermarket exhaust system, and custom Rotiform wheels. Thisone-off RWB build is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Los Angeles, California.
The custom RWB Super Wide bodywork washand-fitted by Nakai San including an RSR-inspired front bumper, an IROC-stylerear wing, and modified bumpers, rocker panels, and bolt-on fenders. Detailsinclude RWB headlights, taillights, and ride markers, along withchrome-finished horn grilles and matching taillight bezels. Custom-crafted andpolished Rotiform concave wheels have been mounted with Toyo R888 tires. As thebodywork came to completion, the example was sent to RDBLA and stripped to baremetal for a 3-stage PPG refinish in the extremely rare shade of Lido Gold.
The cabin has beentastefully customized with Grigio leather complemented by matching Alcantarainlays and Houndstooth inserts. Scheel-Mann seats have been fitted along with aquick-release custom steering wheel, and Rennline interior accessoriesincluding aluminum pedals, RS door panels, an RS dashboard kit, and race mats.
Power is derived from an air-cooled 3.6-literflat-six engine. All four wheels are driven through a G50 5-speed manualtransmission. The engine and transmission underwent a complete rebuild withinthe last 500 miles. The build also includes a Bilstein race suspension, FabspeedRSR headers, and a full custom titanium exhaust.
