The car is very original with the fender tag decoding as follows,no build sheet was found.

The motor,bell housing,transmission,shifter,drive shaft and rear differential (3.23) are factory originals to this car.
The car has undergone a complete restoration that was completed in 2015.Its very nice,It has been driven and enjoyed 5000 miles.It has been upgraded with firm feel steering box,HD leaf springs,HD torsion bars,front disc brakes,Kyb gas shocks,15x7 road Wheels ,motor was completely rebuilt with 9 to 1 pistons,comp cam ,h.p exhaust manifolds,accurate exhaust,wieand 4 bbl manifold,650 vacuum carb,electronic ignition,unsilenced air cleaner.Runs about like a 340 would or better.
There’s probably more hemi cudas now than 318 (lol)
This is a fun to drive ,reliable,car that gets 15mpg with no mechanical issues, that doesn’t ever get hot, and on regular gas.try that in a big block car.
I always recommend for any car to be looked at in person.
According to the documents the 318 4 speed is the rarest barracuda Convertible made,remember its BARRACUDA!
I have been getting questions about The bodywork so this is what I know.When the car was restored both rear quarter panels were reskined,New trunk floor was installed with AMD metal,professional installed,floor pan was repaired.Under the carpet was painted just like trunk floor.The frame was sand blasted,coated with POR 15,and safety caps installed in the front along with sub frame connectors to increase ridgidy, paint is DuPont single stage on the entire car ,was laid on thick for future cut and buffs.The car is very nice, but not perfect.It was restored to drive and has been driven.To my knowledge all other body panels,doors,hood,fenders,are factory.Underside was under coated at the factory so under coat was reapplied.
