Up for sale is my 1968 Opel Kadett 2 door wagon. It has a rebuilt original 1.5L engine, which is the only year they imported the 1.5. It has a 4 speed manual transmission. It has a new clutch. The engine, clutch, and the entire front suspension was rebuilt about 5 years ago. The crossmember and all 4 control arms have been powdercoated. New shocks, rubber kit for the leaf springs, new carb and electronic ignition. All new brakes, hoses, calipers. Has a perfect walnut ralleye steering wheel and the early gauge set up which is rare. I got everything from the Opel GT Source. I pulled it out of an Arizona desert. Which is where it has lived its entire life til I bought it. So no rust!!! Has some patina but no cancer! Original luggage rack is intact. Missing 2 pieces of molding as seen in pix. Ask any questions before you bid.
I never clear coated the patina, once a year I would wipe the entire car down with linseed oil and it remained covered mist of the time. Yes the window rubbers have been replaced.
