Vehicle Details

We bought this car as an unfinished project-" a diamond in the rough". The drivetrain is in good working order. The engine compartment was cleaned up and painted. It has the weber carb conversion and headers. New rotors, pads, shoes, master cylinder and some brake lines replaced. Interior received new seat covers, support straps, door cards, visors and limit straps. The stereo system sounds great with 4 speakers. The convertible top looks and works fine. The body was stripped to bare metal, previous bodywork gone over and primed with 2K urethane. The original color(maroon?) was changed to a stock color that looks much better. We did a basecoat/clearcoat that turned out nice (leftover paint goes to new owner). The heavy lifting has been done but could use a little more. The hand brake needs a cable and there is a slight rattle coming from the right front when going over bumps (goes away with 2 people in car). Some photos show what the car looked like when we started. I've driven this Midget for a few miles, and it goes down the road great. I'm 69 years young and done this kind of thing too many times to remember. You will not be disappointed
