Purchased brand new in 2021 for $57,000 and spent $60,000 to convert into a luxury tiny home on wheels. This Mercedes-Benz Sprinter RV features a custom, professional conversion by L.A.-based luxury conversion company UnomaHaus. It includes running water, a kitchen, a cooktop, cooler, a shower and flushing toilet. It was purchased and built as a personal RV and it became an income generator.
