1989 Town Car Signature series, Special Edition.

Florida car originally... Palm Beach.

 New items in the last 4 years...

Exhaust... $800.

Front seats recovered in leather... $3000.

New radiator... upper and lower hoses ... $300

Rear shocks replaced with old school adjustable air shocks.. $225

Vogue Ocher pinstriped tires.. $919

Kenwood stereo system with Bluetooth, vintage equalizer, amp,

Audio pipe subwoofer...$2000.+

Front brakes totally replaced... new rotors, calipers, pads, flex hoses... bearings repacked, new grease caps... $450

New front stabilizer bar links and bar insulators. $40

New a/c compressor and drier tube... system flush.. $1400.

Blows freezing cold!!

... and other misc stuff I dont recall...

Notes... 

Car retains the original finish with the hand painted pinstripe,

with the exception of two areas spotted in...

Small area on the header panel, and the right dog leg.

There are misc. minor scattered scuffs, scratches, dings.

Small dent in the right front fender, shown in photos.

Dent wizard person could easily straighten it.

Horn pad does not work, but the horn blows with the alarm.

Passenger power seat does not work... problem is the switch,

either replace or take it apart and clean it.

This is an common issue with these cars.

New ones pop up here on ebay regularly.

Cruise control inop. Just recently an issue. I have not had the time to look into it.

Everything else works.

Drivers door trim panel... not the best condition.

Good used ones pop up occasionally on Ebay.

It is in the same condition as when I bought the car.

This car has the desireable moon roof... it works...

Why am I selling this car??

I have two of them... see last photo.

I have more than $12K into this car.... selling at a loss for a quick sale.

1989 was the last year for the full frame "Land Yatchs"

1990 they went to unibody construction, and the rubber bumpers.

Prices are skyrocketing for these cars!

Values are going up, not down!

I am including two OEM body side moulding inserts, to replace the imperfect ones on the car.

There is an identical car here on Ebay at $19,200.00

It is in New York.. RUST BELT CAR!
