                         All vehicles are checked by our shop and are test driven at highway speed prior to being offered for sale.we will provide as many pictures as we can from an unlifted vehicle.we are NOT responsible for any pictures that cannot be easily taken. all vehicles are sold free of check engine light, we are NOT responsible for the occurance of any vehicle check lights after the point of sale.we are NOT responsible for the vehicles ability to pass any out of state inspection a buyer may perform a presale inspection prior to sale and by appointment only.THERE ARE NO POST SALES INSPECTIONS PERMITTED.

                           All mileage certifications will only apply to those vehicles less than 10 years. our state is miles exempt from mileage requirements on any vehicles that are over 10 years of age and we will not be responsible for certifying mileage on those vehicles and are automatically sold as NOT actual mileage if the title reads odometer exempt. The buyer is responsible for obtaining their own history reports .

                           if the car is listed with a warrantee it will cover engine and transmission only for a period of 1 month 1000 miles, and will not include any other items. check lights and 02 sensors, tire pressure lights are NOT covered items. A vehicle sold without a warrantee is as is,  and we are not responsible for any items on that vehicle. ALL VEHICLES OVER 20 YEARS OF AGE ARE SOLD WITHOUT A WARRANTY! It is the buyers responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions.

                             the buyer is responsible for all pick up or shipping arrangements however WE CAN assist with finding a broker or shipper upon request. we do provide free airport pick up for FULLY PAID BUYERS from JFK airport during business hours ONLY.

Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the documentation fee of $250. itemization of these fees include document fees, airport pick up (if needed) mailings (if needed), vehicle prep and or warrany if applicable. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. new york residents must provide certificate of insurance along with payments for tax ,registration and inspection, which are not included in the vehicle price! Deposits are absolutely non refundable.any vehicle left beyond 20 days are subject to a $20/day storage fee unless arrangements are made prior to the sale accounting for storage.
