For some reason, international bidders told me that they cannot make an offer and I need to approve it first. if you are outside the United States and want to make an offer, send me a message and I will make sure you can buy it.

This 1990 Lancia Thema 8.32 is one of 3,971 Themas built between 1986 and 1992 with a Ferrari-based 3.0-liter V8 engine. This example previously resided in Japan and came to the US in 2018. I bought it a year later in 2019. Based on the Type Four platform jointly developed by Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, and Saab, the Thema 8.32 featured a power-actuated rear spoiler, full-leather interior, ZF Servotronic variable-assist power steering, anti-lock brakes, and a 5-speed manual transmission.  Like the Fiat Croma and Alfa Romeo 164, the Thema features four-wheel independent suspension

Power is provided by a Ferrari-derived 3.0L V8 which was partially assembled by Ducati. This variant  of the engine had a cross-plane crankshaft and a different firing order to its Ferrari counterparts, and is paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle. Engine is healthy, and transmission shifts well through gears. Clutch is good. I just spent close to $3,000 on mechanical issues and another $3,000 two years ago (with invoices) with a well known shop in NJ (Eurotec).

The cars starts runs and drives. I have recent running videos. Fuel gauge does not work. Some, gauges and electrical parts do not work. The rear spoiler works (see picture).  Not all the windows work. All lights work.  The AC does not work.  Some of the rubber needs replacement. No visible rust. Underside is very solid.

The car is finished in fresh (2021 new paint, no miles driven since) Quartz Gray paint.  Features include a twin-outlet exhaust system and 8.32 badging on the trunk, side skirts, and grille.

The 5-spoke 15x6? wheels are fitted with good tires. All the fluids are up to date. Serviced brakes. New battery and alternator, spark plugs and wires and more.

The cabin is upholstered in brown leather with a leather-wrapped dash, door panels, and an Alcantara headliner. The interior is tired and will need some work to be better.  The car is also equipped with brown carpets and fitted black floor mats. Equipment includes power seats, locks, and windows, as well as a factory Technics stereo system. The automatic climate control is not currently functional, and the dash leather has separated around the instrument panel.

The car retains metric instrumentation, including a 280-km/h speedometer, a 9k-rpm tachometer, and an array of auxiliary gauges. The fuel gauge is not functional. 110k kilometers (~68k miles) are shown on the 6-digit mechanical odometer.

The car is sold AS IS with no warranty. Again, it needs some work so consider it as a running project.  International buyers welcomed.
