1997 Right Hand Drive Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport with np242 transmission. This car was manufactured in Ohio and exported to Japan where it spent most of its life. It was brought back early 2020. I’m the second owner since it was brought back to the United States. The vehicle Odometer is in kilometers and shows 138,714km which is 86,192 miles. It will go up a little as I drive it around town on occasion. The speedometer has a red “plaque” over the old speedometer which shows MPH instead of Km. It was installed upon importing and is spot on as far as speed goes and could be removed if you like. The vehicle was repainted around 2020 due to the old black paint being faded. An excellent job was done and I have extensively looked over this car and have found no signs of any sort of body work being done. The vehicle has new tires that are less than a year old with lots of life left. All fluids have been changed and a thorough inspection has been done. The interior is extremely clean with the exception of a few stains on the carpet by the back seats. The seats have very nice covers and I have posted pictures of the driver and passenger seats original cloth underneath which are in excellent condition. I can fully remove the covers if requested but it’s a process. A/C and heat both work. The passenger side window works intermittently. All other windows and electrical work great. I believe the window issue has been traced to a malfunctioning “window lock switch” I have one ordered and believe that will fix the issue.  The exterior is in great shape. It has minor scratches on drivers door and paint chip on the front left bumper cover and the back rear cover as well. The under side of this car is very clean. The car gets compliments every where it goes.
