There are 3 issues for why you'll get a great deal on this car. Compare the asking price to all the other 2009 G37 Sport Convertibles currently for sale on KBB / AutoTrader -- see picture of graph of prices.

1. The title is 'unfairly' marked. The first owner did not like how this SPORT model handled. It has a purposely stiff suspension to make it very responsive during acceleration and cornering. They had such buyer's remorse that they dealer finally allowed them to return it, causing the dealer to be forced to mark the title as "Lemon & Manufacturer Buyback". There was nothing wrong with the car! It has never been in an accident, flood, or anything else like that.

2. The wheels have some curb rash. Unfortunately, when trying to park in the "end space", away from dinging-doors, the wheels rubbed the curb a couple of times. See pictures.

3. The rear bumper is damaged. One day washing the car, while cleaning the interior the stick shift was bumped and slipped in to neutral. The car rolled back a few feet and its bumper hit the protruding hitch of the vehicle parked behind it. The ball of the hitch cracked the bumper. See picture.

This car has been garage kept, was rarely driven on nice days, and except as noted above is in great condition, as you would expect with such low mileage. Come see it for yourself & make an offer!
