This truck has spent the past 7 months being completly rebuilt / restored with $50k invested in parts alone and around 1500 labor hours. I am well known in the Hummer community with 12 years experience where I have owned and build 15 H1's. This is a passion and not a job, I take my time and do things right, no hidden secrets, no corner cut with my builds. The goal was to take this low mile 2 door and upgrade all the parts that were not favorable in 1994 year make models and update to the later year, stronger parts. My OCD got the best of me as you can see and this truck has been completly gone though, serviced, and rebuilt to an extremely high standard.
This truck has the 6.5NA motor and 4L80e transmission. This is the best combo for the H1 because its fully mechanical and does not have any of the common fail points like on the 96-04 turbo trucks (no ECU, no ABS/TT4, no PMD, no #8 cylinder issues). If you are new to the H1 and not a mechanic this is what you want. Turn the key and go, this truck will not leave you stranded.
