Offering from my personal collection this very
rare “Gentleman’s Hot Rod” Chrysler 300F (true Letter Series) hardtop coupe –
the most desirable year 1960. The car features a completely upgraded option.
Factory original muscle engine – Chrysler’s 413 cubic inch (6.8 liter) V-8
Wedge with 375 hp (280 kW) and 671 Nm.
All the equipment on this car is Heavy Duty
– larger valves, forged shaft, stronger valve springs, High Performance Cam and
dual exhaust system. All these upgraded features were supposed to guarantee
absolute superiority over basic series productions of it’s time.
Another interesting feature (cherry on the
cake) is Ram Cross – Induction Intake: two separate intake manifolds (each a
compilation of four 30-inch-long intake runners) with a four-barrel carburetor
Carter AFB at each end. Super performance V8 Edge is connected to a true
three-speed automatic Heavy Duty TorqueFlite transmission controlled with
Pushbuttons on the dashboard.
The interior of the 300F is truly
futuristic. Chrysler’s domed cluster and a new “Panelescent” lighting system gives
the instrument panel a spaceship look. A long center console power window
switches. Separated four well-cushioned individual bucket seats. Front bucket
seats swiveled into the door opening when the door opens and then back again
when the door closes.
One of only 964 pieces built. Matching
numbers.
The car is a result of comprehensive nut and bolt restoration. This is truly a timeless piece. Price is negotiable – make an offer. I can help you with transport.
