1987 Buick Turbo Regal, 137,700 miles
Car was an Ohio car until 2020 when I bought it.
In 2020, I did the following:
Frame removed from body, cleaned, primed, painted, bedlined
New front UCA, new lower ball joints, did not change LCA bushings
New steering box(Borgeson), inner and outer tie rods, new drag link
New steering intermediate shaft, Borgeson
New sway bar bushings and end links
New rotors, calipers and pads ACDelco
New fuel lines (main, return and vent) front to rear from Inline Tube
New brake lines front to rear from Inline Tube
Braided lines replaced the rubber lines
Rear axle cleaned and painted from an 86 TR (car had 7.5” Monte Carlo rear axle when I got it)
New UMI rear UCA & LCA
New wheel cylinders, shoes and drums- ACDelco
New Moser axles in 2021
New fuel tank, new gas cap
255 fuel pump from TurboTweak
While frame and body were separated the body got:
Rear pass floor pan replaced
Patch in spare tire well, couldn’t get a repro tire well in 2020
Trunk pan sanded to bare metal and epoxy primed in black
All orig seam sealer scraped and replaced with 2 part 3M seam sealer throughout entire car
Bottom of car was cleaned, sanded, wire wheeled, epoxy primed and coated with bedliner
Any surface rust that was showing was ground down and covered it either POR 15 or Rust Bullet, mostly in the areas where 2 panels overlapped
Engine & Trans
I believe from an 86 TB, heads/intake never off

Front and rear bumpers replaced with good OEM bumpers, does not have aluminum bumper reinforcements anymore
16” GNX wheels from Classic Industries
New BFG g force 245/50R16 tires
Very little has been done to the body while I’ve had it- like nothing… paint is from mid 90’s… clear coat is peeling on hood, roof and trunk lid…
Car was in some kind of accident in the 90’s; left quarter completely replaced at that time; right rear quarter has been dented and pulled using dent puller (welded stud marks still visible on inside of quarter)
Header panel good shape, no cracks or repairs
Hood is straight, no dents, no rust, as is the roof
Trunk lid has holes in the emblem areas
Grille is very nice OEM chrome, not the aftermarket all chrome grille
Headlight bezels were NOS
Taillights were replaced with good OEM
Right rear quarter has bondo cracking and breaking away in 1 area at the site of the aforementioned dent and pull area from sitting outside in Ohio for 13+ years
Left quarter has bondo cracking at roof line, also from being outside in Ohio
Has the WF6 option, lower wide stainless trim, usually seen on Limiteds
Also has the T87 option, cornering lamps
Came with the K05, engine block heater, which it no longer has
UA6 factory theft deterrent would work, most likely, when I change the wiring harness at the door locks
Clean and clear title. CARFAX shows ‘Exceeds Mechanical Limits’. Only means that it has a 5 digit odometer and has rolled over, which it has: 137,700 miles. Miles on engine are not known. Trans rebuilt at 136,737
