1. If you live in Texas, you must pay 6.25% of the sales price for state sales tax.  

2. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their own state.

3.  All buyers are required to pay Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) tax of .1408% of the purchase price.  (The VIT is based on the county in Texas where the dealership is located. York Street Motors is located in Kendall County.)

4. All sales are subject to a $250 administration fee which covers handling paperwork, filing titles, temporary tags, and mailing and copying costs in addition to vehicle cleaning and maintenance.

These fees are fixed and not negotiable.

1. Within twenty-four hours of auction end, winning bidder pays a non-refundable deposit of $500 via Paypal, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Major Credit Card.
2. We directly communicate to finalize the sale.
3. If paying cash, the buyer sends certified funds for the remaining balance due.
4. If financing has been arranged, we send all the required paperwork to the financial institution and they send us certified funds for the remaining balance due.
5. When we receive funds from the buyer or through the established financial institution, the buyer may take delivery of their vehicle.
6. We can help arrange shipping at the buyer’s cost, if desired.
7. The buyer may pick up their vehicle at our dealership.  We provide complimentary shuttle service from San Antonio International Airport to our dealership by appointment.

We consider ourselves your eyes and ears on the luxury automotive industry, a hobby which not only provides us with personal enjoyment and satisfaction, but most importantly allows us create an inventory that we are very familiar with.
2. If you are not sure about something, please ask!  We make every effort to present information that is accurate, and we encourage you to arrange for a pre-purchase inspection by appointment to ensure the vehicle is in the condition you expect before you invest in it.
3. Our vehicles are well-maintained while in our care. We store all of our cars in an indoor, air conditioned showroom to preserve their exterior appearance and regularly take them for short drives to ensure peak performance.
4. Although we make every effort to provide you with all of your vehicle’s original components, do not assume that anything not listed will be included with your car. We only have those items we receive when we take possession of the car which means that some items may not be available with your purchase i.e.: extra keys, floor mats, navigation discs, owners manuals. Please call if you have any questions about these items.
5. We guarantee clean, clear, and lien free titles on all of our vehicles, and we never deal in salvage or reconditioned titles.
6. Texas dealer title work can take up to 15 business days to complete and will be sent to you via Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation tracking number.
7. Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.  
8. We will provide a 60-day temporary tag to every buyer which will allow you sufficient time  to tag and title your new vehicle.
