We understand that it requires a Leap of Faith to buy a vehicle you have not seen from a dealer you have not met. However, with all pre-owned vehicles, the condition is subjective. Any errors are unintentional. However, please understand that you are buying a pre-owned vehicle. All vehicle sales will be required to pay a $50 documentation fee and a $145 administration fee in addition to the purchase price.
All vehicles are subject to the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT). It is based on .0019290 of the purchase price of the vehicle. EX: $10,000.00 x .0019290 = $19.29 / TOTAL $10,019.29.
Buyers Within Texas
We must collect the Texas State Sales Tax, License Fees, and Title Fees from Texas Residents.
Buyers Outside of Texas
There are no other fees for Residents outside of Texas other than the Documentation Fee, Administration Fee, and the VIT tax itemized above. The customer is responsible for the payment of taxes, registration, and fees in their home state.
Title Information
Cornerstone Motor Company is a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Texas and guarantees a clean title on all our vehicles. In Texas titles are held with the lien holder, therefore in many cases the title may not be present at delivery. Titles will be sent in a timely fashion to the buyer upon receipt.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction.
Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction complete within 3 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Airport Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at Dallas Love Field or Dallas/Ft. Worth International airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Governing Law; Venue
These "Terms and Conditions" will be construed in accordance with and governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas applicable to Terms and Conditions made among Texas residents and to be performed wholly within such jurisdiction, regardless of such parties actual domiciles. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions both parties submit to personal jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas and further agree that any cause of action arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a Dallas County, Texas court.
