1.       Placing a Bid: Please understand these are used vehicles, and may have a few minor imperfections that are not noted in the ad such as: minor door dings, paint rock chips, minor rock chips in windshield, minor scratches, wheel scuffs, minor stains to interior. If there are any major dents or damage it will be noted in the pictures. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A nonrefundable $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise...negative feedback will be left. Make sure if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

2.       When you bid you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! Unqualified Bidding, Auction Interference, and any form of Harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. All bidders must have eligible funds or have all loans pre-approved before bidding on our vehicles!

3.       Bidders understand and agree that
               1. Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction if the vehicle described herein: is
                        sold away from or apart from ebay, and,
               2.Seller shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

4.       Fee and Tax Information: MMHoustonTX accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. All buyers pay a $175.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.2103%. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states. 

5.       This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

6.       PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION. All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated.
