Q: What are the additional fees?
A: We charge a 499 doc fee. That is the only additional fee. Nothing else hidden. The doc fee covers 30 Day tags, title processing, gas, vehicle wash, prep, etc. There is a .017% county sales tax.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located Warrenton Virginia. South of Washington DC. The nearest airport to fly into is Washington Dulles International. The airport code is IAD.
Q: Deposits and Full Payment
A: A 1,000.00 dollar deposit is required. Full payment is required within 7 business days. Payment may be made through cashiers check, cash on delivery. We accept personal checks. Please call 540-341-3954 to arrange.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM EST and Saturday 9AM-8PM EST. We are closed Sundays.
Q: Can I finance this vehicle?
A: We do provide financing through the dealership on ebay vehicles.
Q: Does this vehicle have a warranty?
A: The vehicle is sold as is with no warranty, unless otherwise specified in the listing. There are numerous warranty companies available that an extended warranty can be purchased through.
Q: Do You Accept Trade In's?
A: YES!! Shoot me an email or call 540-341-3954 for a trade in quote. However, Ebay winning bids or buy it nows are binding legal sales contracts, and are not contigent on the trade. We will need to see all trades in person after the auction. Our email appraisal must be confirmed by the in person condition of your vehicle. We do not do trade bikes for a bike auction, as we are a car dealer and not cycle dealer.
Q. I am not familiar with the Ebay Motors terms of use, is it ok for a dealership to cancel an auction at any time even after the reserve has been met?
A. Although we try to avoid having to cancel auctions, we are a retail dealership and all items for sale on Ebay Motors are also for sale at our lot. We do reserve the right to cancel the auction at anytime, and also not to sell the vehicle at all if there is a communication issue with the winner. Does the vehicle look like the pictures?
Yes, the photos are taken of the actual vehicle at our location using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photoshopped.
Where do you get your vehicles?
Most of our vehicles come from auction, trade-ins, lease returns, etc.
Does the vehicle have a clean title?
Yes, every vehicle we sell has a clean and clear title. There are no liens, no salvage or branded titles due to accidents, floods, manufacturer buybacks, etc.
Are you a dealer or private seller?
We are a licensed and bonded dealer, and have been in business for over 20 years.
What form of payments do you accept?
We only accept credit cards for the deposit. The balance must be paid with cash, cashiers check, bank check or bank wire transfer.

Terms & Conditions
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction end. The remaining balance is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle BEFORE bidding. Please arrange financing PRIOR to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly help you with the process, or you can locate a list of shippers by doing a Google search for “auto shippers.”
We describe our vehicles as accurately as possible. All the vehicles are pre-owned and may have some minor flaws in the paint or in the interior. Some vehicles may have had some prior touch up to cover micro chips or scratches. Not all vehicles have a full set of keys, books, navigation CD's, floor mats, or other loose items. Vehicles may have some additional miles from local test drives. If you are not sure about something, pleaseASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We strive to find our customers the highest quality vehicles at the best available prices.
We reserve the right to cancel any bid for excessive negative feedback. We also reserve the right to end any listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and a negative strike will go against the buyer as the result of an unpaid item being filed. PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY.
