PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Initiating a Buynow or bidding on an auction listing obligates you to a legal and binding purchase contract. If you are the high bidder, we expect you to fulfill your commitment to purchase. Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clarksville reserves the right to cancel any bids and close an auction early in the event that it is no longer available. We can also have it driven to Exporters/Ports in New Jersey for $500. Any other ports, please call me to work out details. We payoff any liens when we trade a vehicle. Therefore our vehicles are clear titles free of all liens. We usually will have the title in hand before advertising but because we deal with U.S. customers typically, we don't always have the title in hand.
