2009 Mercedes-Benz SL550 Roadster
designo Espresso Edition

This is really a beautiful example of an SL - It's one of the nicer ones we've seen and we've seen a LOT. This 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL550 is in excellent condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like new. This is the designo Espresso Edition. It comes LOADED with options, plus exclusive designo colors and trim.

This special edition SL has just 41,369 original miles on it.

Exterior features include 19" AMG alloy wheels and fog lamps. The AMG Sport package includes the wheels plus unique front and rear bumpers and side skirts.

There are no notable dents or dings on the car and the Carfax report shows no accident history or any other problems.

The interior is also excellent with no holes or tears in the "designo sand" leather seats. The dash, carpets and door panels are all very good. The interior is finished in black leather trim and natural maple wood.

Both front seats have power controls with memory settings.  They are also heated.

The 5.5 liter V8 runs smooth and strong, rated at 382 hp and 391 lb-ft or torque.  It is smooth, tight, and solid - just like a Mercedes is supposed to be. It is a true pleasure to drive.

This car has been well maintained. The Carfax lists 18 service records.

The tires have good tread remaining.

This car now has 41,369 miles on it. This car may be driven, so there could be more miles on it by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on.

All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS unless otherwise noted.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days.

As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer.  

We do not reveal our reserve prices, sorry. Our reserve prices are set realistically, usually between wholesale and retail price. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment/Fees

 You may pay the purchase price in cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or Paypal.

If you are the winner, a 10% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.
