Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND YOU ARE BUYING A USED CAR WITH A LOT OF MILES AND YEARS OF USE AND IT WILL HAVE WEAR AND TEAR AND SOME NICKS SCRATCHES AND FAULTS. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT THE CAR TO BE LIKE BRAND NEW JUST CAUSE IT LOOKS GOOD IN PICTURES. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

Fee and Tax Information:
We are a licenced and bonded Florida used car dealership. If you are in the state of florida we must collect 6% sales tax plus registration fees. Out of state buyers pay their own home state tax in their homestate when they register the car. Each buyer must pay a $199 dealer handling fee. Feedback must be left at the time of delivery, Please note that most of the cars we sell are on dealer floorplan and the title is not on hand and it will be mailed to buyer within 2 to 4 weeks after full payment. |
