A vehicle is considered pre-owned if it has had at least one previous owner, and has previously been registered and issued a title. - We send you duplicate copies of the bill of sale, one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return
- When we receive the signed bill of sale, we FedEx all title documentation
- You pickup your car at the destination terminal
