We have just traded for this very nice 2007 Chevrolet Suburban LT model with 139,825 miles on it here at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. My name is Patrick Jolley and I have worked for the Hennessy organization since 2000 and we have been selling cars on eBay for over 10 years now. If you take a look at our eBay feedback, you will see that we do business the right way and we have a lot of happy customers. One of the reasons for that is that our demographic trades in a lot of really nice cars. All of our non-Lexus inventory is acquired through trade-ins. More often than not, the person who is trading in a vehicle on a Lexus already has a car that has been very well taken care of and has a lot of nice equipment on it. This 2007 Suburban is no exception. It comes with leather, moonroof, heated front and rear seats, DVD player, navigation, pedal adjustments, alloy wheels, trip computer, and so many other options I can't list them all here. According to the Carfax report that you will find here on this listing, this is a two owner vehicle that has been involved in two accidents. The report also reveals that the car has been very well serviced here in the local Atlanta area. Feel free to take a look and see for yourself.

I did take all of the pictures you see here and have had a chance to drive the truck. Everything seems to be in good working order and the only issues you will find are a few blemishes here in there. The worst of it would be a scratch on the right rear passenger door that I have provided a close-up picture of. The engine sounds great and the transmissions shifts smoothly. The electronics are all in good working order.

Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Dealer services fee $589: Dealer Services represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspection, cleaning and adjusting new and used vehicles and preparing doucuments related to the sale.

Finalizing your Purchase:

If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by cash or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
Terms and Conditions for Ebay Sales
The offer made by Hennessy to sell this car is not a firm offer. Additionally, in accordance with EbayMotors non-binding bid policy, bids on automobiles merely indicate your interest in purchasing the relevant vehicle and are not binding on you. No contract exists between you and Hennessy to purchase the car until you pay the Deposit called for in section 2 below.
Within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the auction or making a “Buy it Now” bid, you must deliver to Hennessy a deposit (the “Deposit”) equal to ten percent (10%) of the auction price. In the event that you fail to close on your purchase of the car after paying that Deposit, Hennessy shall be entitled to retain the Deposit as liquidated damages for your breach and not as a penalty. You agree that Hennessy will suffer damages as a result of any such breach, that the damages Hennessy would suffer are difficult to establish with precision, and that the Deposit constitutes a reasonable pre-estimate of those damages.
The balance of the purchase price, plus all applicable taxes and fees, shall be due and payable within seventy-two (72) hours from bid closing. Payment shall be made by bank to bank wire transfer, cash for in person transactions, or bank certified check. If you are not present to accept delivery of the vehicle, you must send a copy of your state issued driver’s license, proof of insurance, and signed transaction documents to Hennessy via facsimile transmission or email.
Georgia residents pay TAVT taxes as well as title and registration fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Out-of-country buyers shall also pay the sales tax applicable to Georgia residents in the county in which the car is delivered to you. By submitting your bid, you agree to pay the applicable TAVT, sales tax and fees upon consummation of a contract.
Hennessy makes no representations or warranties regarding the car. You agree that you are bidding to purchase the car on an “as is/where is” basis and with all faults. HENNESSY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If any warranty exists, it is provided by the manufacturer of the car. Please inquire if the car is subject to any manufacturer’s warranty.
By submitting your bid, you agree that any contract that arises between you and Hennessy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Georgia law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any such contract shall be deemed to have been made in Atlanta, Georgia, and you agree to take possession of the vehicle at the relevant Hennessy dealership in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Hennessy will assist you in arranging shipping of the vehicle if you request it but Hennessy assumes no liability for loss after the vehicle is delivered to your chosen carrier who shall act solely as your agent in taking possession of and transporting the car.
By submitting your bid, you agree that any dispute between you and Hennessy shall be resolved exclusively by litigation in the state or federal courts in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and you consent to jurisdiction and venue for that purpose.
Mileage posted in the listing may vary from the actual mileage on the car at the time of delivery due to local driving, in-transit repairs, and/or road testing of the vehicle.
