-TERMS OF SALE:

Buyers are encouraged, and more than welcome to inspect this vehicle in person and before auction ends! Inspections performed after the point of sale will not be accepted or considered. Please review all the photos carefully, and do all of your homework and due diligence in regard of this vehicle before auction ends!!!! Please do not assume anything and do ask any questions you might have in regard of this car, and do ask for any additional photos that would be of interest for you, so we avoid case of "buyer’s remorse" afterwards.

Please be advised that this is not a brand new vehicle, and it should not be treated as such!!! It is a 2 years old pre-owned vehicle which has been previously on the road used and driven, so therefore with respect to its age and the miles it has, there will most likely be average wear and tear, such as minor scratches, minor dings, small rock chips or any other imperfections that are expected to be seen on a previously owned and used vehicle. We do our best to disclose any substantial blemishes in our photos and descriptions. Opinions and expectations can vary, so Please Telephone Us If You Have Any Questions or Concerns Regarding the Condition of This Vehicle.

Once a vehicle leaves our premises no refunds, credits or adjustments will be issued.

This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, where is, and without any warranty expressed, written, or implied. All used vehicles should be assumed to have some degree of wear. We do not manufacture our product. Each vehicle brand has its strengths, styles, tendencies, and shortcomings. Therefore, despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition, we are not able to warranty a manufacturer’s workmanship or a previous owner’s diligence in care.

Some vehicles may come with the balance/remainder of the factory warranty, but it’s the responsibility of the buyer to check with that vehicles Original dealer/manufacturer about those, and their terms and conditions. We will do our best to disclose if the vehicle does come with the balance of factory warranty. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. ANY and ALL representations made in the description above are made to the best of the Seller‘s knowledge, however, due to divergent notions of condition and quality, you are encouraged to rely on your own physical inspection of the vehicle and not the description above. Furthermore, due to the likelihood for latent and patent defects within and/or on a pre-owned vehicle, the Seller cannot guarantee that all issues are disclosed in the description above. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, asked any and as much questions they might have about the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Therefore, any claims or disputes as a result of or relate to failure to disclose or misrepresentation are hereby waived by you. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale and end of the auction. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle, won through eBay or not, that the proper venue for any legal proceedings or disputes will be conducted in Duval County, Florida, under the laws of State of Florida.

The advertised mileage represents the actual miles when the vehicle was placed on eBay. These vehicles are test driven and demoed so actual mileage may differ at time of sale.

Also please be advised that we have the right to terminate this auction at any time, as the vehicle is offered for sale locally, and through other means of advertisement.

By bidding on this auction, clicking “buy it now” option, or by placing your offer, you agree that you have read, understand, accept and will be bound, without modification, by all the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.

-PAYMENT TERMS:

$500 Non-Refundable Deposit via PayPal is due within 24 hours after the end of the auction, and winning bidder MUST contact us within this period to arrange payment and shipping details.

The balance (cash in person, money order, bank loan or certified check, wire transfer) is due within 3 days after the end of the auction!! All financial transactions must be completed before vehicle delivery.

Fees:

We do charge $185 documentary fee that will be added to the winning bid amount. This fee is used to cover any administrative and paperwork expenses, overnighting the documents to your door, and issuing a 30 days temporary tag.

All buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in.

Florida Residents will be responsible for Florida Sales tax, Tag & Title fees at the time of the sale, and out-of-state Residents will be more than likely responsible for their states sales tax, tag & Title fees in their own state.

A temporary tag can be issued if needed to transport the vehicle back to your home state. Temp tags are good for 30 days.

If you have any questions about your Fees & Taxes please call or email, or check with your local DMV agency before bidding on our items.

If you need any special arrangements in regard of the payment, please let us know in a timely manner, and BEFORE auction ends, so you can get our approval to bid on the vehicle, and we can work something out, otherwise If terms of sale are not met (deposit within 24 hours, and full payment within 3 days), that bidder will be reported to E-bay, and second chance offer will be sent to the next highest bidder!!

-SHIPPING

We Specialize in Export of vehicles from United States, so if you need shipping quotes to ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, as well as in the United States, please let us know, and we will get them for you as soon as possible. We have two major international ports in our vicinity (Jacksonville Port, in Jacksonville Florida, and Brunswick Port in Brunswick Georgia) so international shipping and Export is no problems!

We encourage both DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL bidders to bid on this vehicle, and we will be more than happy to help out with arranging shipping if winning bidder requires such help as We have good working relationships with few good domestic and international shipping companies that we used in the past.

Shipping cost is the responsibility of the winning bidder!
