Deposit
We require a $1000 deposit (non refundable) within 24 hours of winning the auction that can be made by Paypal, cashiers check or Bank wire transfer. The balance is due within 5 calender days. If these terms are not met we reserve the right to relist the car. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for final payment.

Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. Please have all financing pre approved before bidding. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. We reserve the right to close the auction early in the event that the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. We will not end an auction early until a deposit or payment in full is received. Any dispute that may arise shall take place under the laws af the state of Alabama and all sales are subject to binding Arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. We are happy to help our customers with shipping however the winning bidder is to pay all shipping costs. Please keep in mind that used vehicles will have typical wear and tear associated with age and mileage.
