Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. b. Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. c. Please know that our vehicles are for sale at all times. It is not unusual for an auction to end early and the car be sold off our lot. If you call and make an offer we will cancel the auction for you. This includes no reserve auctions as well. If you have an interest in one of our vehicles do not hesitate to call us. 3. Bidders Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid. 4. Pickup: We can help arrange pickups at various airports or train stations. Pickup from Philadelphia Airport or delivery of the car to the airport is $75.00. From Lancaster Airport or delivery of the car to the airport the cost is $50.00. These fees are not paid to us but to drivers from the local area who are on call. From the Parkesburg train station pickup is at no cost. 5. 9. Title Information If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. a. $10.00 Priority shipping Of title.. Tracking provided. b. $25.00 Express shipping Of title. Tracking provided c. Title mailed by Certified mail at no cost. 10. Shipping & Delivery: a. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. VP AUTOS will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! b. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by VP AUTOS as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with VP AUTOS. c. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. d. All cars must be picked up within 10 days unless other arrangements are made. Storage charges of $25.00 per day will apply. After 30 days car will be resold to pay for storage charges. 11. Finalizing your Purchase: a. VP AUTOS will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. b. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with VP AUTOS by email or phone at (717-259-9520) within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. c. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a non-refundable Deposit in the amount of 200.00 by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller. PayPal can not be used for deposit or purchase of a car. d. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, Payment must be made in full and all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller by mail. 12. Non Paying Bidders: Please remember, your bid is a legal binding contract. This is our business, we take it seriously! As a buyer, you should too! Non-paying bidders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please do not bid unless you intend to buy and have already arranged a way to pay for your purchase. All Non paying bidders will be assessed 20% of the winning bid price, Auction fees and any and all court or collection costs.
