1. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for inventory tax and a documentation fee ($125). Inventory tax is calculated at .007764% of the sales price.
2. Texas residents are responsible for sales tax, inventory tax, registration/title transfer, and a documentation fee.
3. A $500 deposit must be made within 24 hours of auction close with the remaining balance paid within 5 days unless other arrangements are made.
4. Acceptable methods of payment for the deposit are cash in person, wire transfers, paypal, or cashier's check.

10. By not following these Terms high bidder forfeits right to vehicle, and Hiley Mazda of Hurst may offer item to next highest bidder.
