Specific Defects
This Impreza is solid all-around, with no known mechanical issues and only a few small cosmetic imperfections, which have been documented to the best of our ability in the attached photos.
Please keep in mind, however, that no used vehicle is perfect; expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.
Rex's Repairs
This car was claimed as a loss due to "water damage," meaning there was no structural damage. There are also no water-damaged parts; this car underwent our full Rexcycle System, wherein the complete interior, all electronics, the entire drivetrain, and more were transplanted from a matching collision vehicle. Mileage represents the mechanical, interior, and electrical systems, but does not necessarily reflect the mileage of the original, flooded "shell," whose odometer was non-functional when the car was received. As such, mileage on the title reads "Not Actual," though it does represent the actual miles on the engine, transmission, suspension, electronics, interior, etc, etc.
Rex keeps thorough documentation of all of his repairs and would be happy to provide it upon request.

A "Reconstructed" title is the title issued after a "salvaged" car has been repaired, inspected by a state agency, and deemed road-worthy again. Rex does not sell cars with a "Salvage" title.
Is it easy to transfer an R-title into my name?
It sure is! Reconstructed titles function just like "clean" titles.
Will insurance be more expensive?
Nope! While Rex can't speak for every insurance company, a "reconstructed" title typically has no bearing on insurance rates.
If I decide to sell the car later, will it be worth less because it is "reconstructed"?
As Kelley Blue Book notes:
A salvaged, reconstructed or otherwise "clouded" title has a permanent negative effect on the value of a vehicle. The industry rule of thumb is to deduct 20% to 40% of the Blue Book value, but salvage title vehicles really should be privately appraised on a case-by-case basis in order to determine their market value.
So, it only makes sense that a car purchased at 30% below market value should be re-sold at a similar discount.

It can be difficult to obtain a loan on a car with a branded title, but Rex may be able to help.
