   You are bidding on a 2-owner 1999 Ford E150 Regency Coronado conversion van with the 4.6 liter V-8 engine and automatic overdrive transmission.  The van has been in north Texas it's entire life.   It has 180,818 miles on it.  Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below the pictures to see the entire report for free).  PLEASE LOOK AT THE 90 PICTURES I HAVE POSTED OF THIS VAN.  This is NOT a worn-out old van.  The previous owners took extremely good care of this van and it shows.  The exterior is very clean and straight.  The paint is still very shiny and bright.  There is NO RUST.  The few minor dings on the van are not major (look at pictures with my finger in them).  The paint is in very nice shape with only a few scratches and rock chips to be found.  The tires have about 40% tread left on them and are wearing evenly and smoothly.  The interior shows virtually no wear at all.  There are no holes, teers or rips in the cloth seats, headliner or carpet.  The van was set up originally with 4 captains chairs and a rear bench/sofa seat.  The passenger's side middle seat has been removed to make room for a wheelchair.  It does come with the van!  The driver's side middle seat can be removed in seconds and stored if you need more room.  The lift is a Braun model.  The lift is rated for up to 600 LBs.  The platform measures 43 inches by 29 inches.  The side entrance height is 48 1/2 inches tall.  The interior is 51 1/2 inches tall.  There are wheelchair anchoring points in the van.  The rear seat will fold down and make a bed.  The lift can be folded when up to allow access in and out of the side door.  The van has NOT been smoked in.  

   The previous owners kept this van in top mechanical shape and it shows.  Still, I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed.  We replaced the front brakes (they were down to about 25% life left), serviced the air conditioning (it's Dallas in August, wanted it working as good as it can) and changed the oil (we do that to everything).  The van has NO leaks, NO drips and does not smoke.  The transmission shifts out solidly and smoothly with no issues.  Then we had the van serviced and inspected by a front-end shop.  The van checked out great and had an alignment done.  Then we had the lift serviced and inspected by a mobility dealer.  The lift works exactly as it should.  All the power and electronic equipment work like new. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no known problems with this vehicle.  I take pictures of all my vehicles as they are when they come to me. I don't detail them and shine them up to hide stuff in the pictures. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST.  I will have this one detailed and awaiting the winning bidder.
