Shipping MODES

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping of your purchase is available in several modes depending on the urgency of your delivery needed. With driving your vehicle to you, we control the time frame.

We have a staff of professional drivers that will drive your purchase to your front door and return to the dealership driving your trade in.   We control the time frame and only one driver is used.

We have retired airline employees on staff who will drive your purchase to your front door and then fly back home at no flying expense. This is your most affordable mode and we control the time frame. Can not be used for trade ins.

Auto Transport Insured shipping to your front door.   We contract for you through an outside reliable shipping company. We do not control the time frame and is one way shipping only. Could be transported with up to 9 other vehicles on the transport. Can not be used for trade ins.

Terms

We provide free shuttle service to and from the Kansas City Airport (MCI) in Kansas City, MO. We are only approximately one hour from the airport.

We DO NOT charge a documentation fee or dealer service fees. THE AGREED PRICE OF THE VEHICLE AND SHIPPING CHARGES IS ALL THAT YOU WILL EVER PAY.

Missouri residents will pay a sales tax, title and resistration fees at time of registration with a state office. Out of state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We can help arrange or suggest avenues of reasonable rates. Your salesperson will have more details.

These are pre-owned vehicles and are sold “AS IS”. Some vehicles may still be in factory warranty coverage or an extended warranty may be purchased aside from your agreed upon sales price. Extended warranty coverage prices will be determined or available depending on the year of the vehicle and mileage limitations. Make sure you ask for details.

Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles “Exempt”.

We accept Credit Card by phone or Cash deposits. The balance must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, money order or bank financing.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the cost of the vehicle, relisting fees and loss of dealership productivity.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Lafayette County, Missouri. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Lafayette County, Missouri and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Lafayette County, Missouri.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transactions involving this vehicle, that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Lafayette County, Missouri.

Miles posted in this listing may vary due to local test driving, in-transit repairs or road testing. A used or pre-owned vehicle may have some dings, scratches or other marks of wear due to the mileage and year. Prior care by the previous owner is out of our control. To insure your complete satisfaction, verify the accuracy of your choice prior to purchase.

Vehicles are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to end an auction at anytime.
