Warranty: We have no question asked return policy. You are eligible of full refund if you are not satisfied at the time of pick up of the vehicle. You are also eligible to return the vehicle within three days of possession and no more than 100 miles added on it. We make our best efforts to correctly describe every item. Standards of our description can be judged by feed back left for us by our past vehicle buyers and eBay ratings. We strongly recommends that an inspection be performed prior to purchase either by the buyer or a third party. All our vehicle are being sold as is no warranty, expressed written or implied. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptons or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as warranty of any type. Please don't assume any thing and ask us questions to avoid any ambiguity. Being buying a used car you should expect some cosmetic, mechanical wear or rust according to the age of the vehicle. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first day or weeks of ownership NOT LIKELY, but possible! We try our best to explain any known defect of electronic accessories but we cannot and do not guarantee the operation of electronic items such as remote contro, cruise control, radios antenna, tv, cd dvd players or navigation. We also request you to understand that you will be purchasing the vehicle at a fraction of retail price and will be saving thousands, by adding few dollars you may bring it to your own standards because opinions varies. For example if 50% tread left on tires one person would like to use all its life while another person may prefer to replace all tires immediately.

Deposit: Deposit of $400 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close or risk no sale default. Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to pay. If you are nonpaying bidder, you will be held liable for a $400 re-listing fee and you shall at seller option, will be liable for sellers actual damages or forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.

Returns: Buyer must contact us within 72hrs or 100 miles which ever comes first through eBay. Vehicle must not have more than 100 additional miles and must be in the same conditions as stated on the original bill of lading from the transportation companay.Vehicle and title must be shipped back to us within 7-days of its arrival. On all returns shipping and handling is buyers responsibility. Buyer will receive full refund minus vehicle shipping charges and minus any damage accrued while in possession of the buyer or transportaion company. We are not authorize to reimburse for any transportaion, shipping, plane tickets or repairs.

Note: All obligations pursuant to this contact shall be performable in Onondaga County, NY and all obligation of purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Onondaga County NY. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceeding shall be Onondaga County, NY.

We provide free pick up services from Syracuse Airport & Train/Bus Station to our facility. All sales are subject to a flat  $125 documenatary/dealer service fee. New York (NY) State residents pay 8% sales tax and registration/inspection fee. Out of  NY State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their own state. 30 days In-Trasit Permit is available for out of NY State customers who like to drive vehicle home for $20.
