Cash at the time of pick-up, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Deposit
The successful high bidder is required to submit a 10% deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. No sale is final until a 10% deposit is in our possession. Failure to submit said deposit in the provided time frame shall represent a voluntary forfeiture of the right to purchase said vehicle. The vehicle will then be released for sale to other parties and Hunting Ridge Motors Inc. reserves the right to seek financial restitution for the fees incurred in the re-listing of said vehicle and to file complaints with EBay which may result in disciplinary action and negative feedback. Payment of Balance
Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and
taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial
