Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional third party inspection. Deposits on vehicles in which the transaction is not completed will be applied to the significant costs of paperwork, title production, relisting fees, and loss of productivity.
