- All sales are subject to a $125.00 Documentation Fee, a 0.217% Texas State Inventory Tax, a $5 Temporary Tag Fee and a $40.75 Texas State Inspection Fee.
- Out-of-state sales are subject to a $5 Temporary Tag Fee, local and state taxes, title and registration fees.

After 24 hours deposit WILL automatically be returned and vehicle will be available for sale to the public. The $500 deposit is required for all eBay Motors transactions and must be made within 24-hours.
- eBay Motors Customers must establish contact with an AutoAmerica associate within 24 hours of auction end or the transaction will be voided.
- Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
- Miles posted in listing may vary slightly due to test-driving, road testing, or in-transit shipping.
- All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Tarrant County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Tarrant County, Texas and all obligations of Buyer to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Tarrant County, Texas.
- All parties agree in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Tarrant County, Texas.
