Hello and welcome to our "No Reserve" auction is this, 4-wheel-drive, 2005 Honda CR-V EX compact SUV. She has been serviced and inspected and is ready to go. She has a quiet ride and the, economical, 160HP, 2.4L, i-VTEC 4-cylinder, engine runs smooth, feels solid and is quite peppy. The 5-speed, automatic, transmission, shifts right on time. As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the, "Redondo Red Pearl" exterior paint looks good for the most part, needs some minor, cosmetic, TLC. The under carriage looks to be in good condition. She features, Real Time 4WD, power sunroof in fine working order, folding rear seats, high seat positioning meaning that they are elevated to give occupants a better outside view, interior trunk and fuel release, engine immobilizer, 5-speed automatic transmission, 2.4L i-VTEC engine, 16" alloy wheels, front and side air bags, tilt steering wheel with audio and cruise controls, rear wiper, 6-disc in dash CD changer, cassette, rear defogger, 4-wheel ABS dics brakes, power locks, mirrors, windows, spare tire, jack, great looking tires that are 98% to the good, tachometer, tinted glass, keyless entry, swing out rear door, rear door child locks, folding center tray table, Vehicle Stability Assist(VSA), external temperature display, satellite radio ready(subscription needed), folding picnic table in the rear and more! Easy conversion from passemger to cargo space! Cargo volume is 72 cubic feet with the rear seat folded and 33.5 cubic feet with the back seat up. The "Ivory" interior is in very good condition for her year, looks clean. The dashboard gauges can be quickly read, along with large climate system controls, handy covered storage areas and twin cupholders in a center tray between the front seats that can be lowered for relatively easy access to the rear without leaving the vehicle. The air conditioning is ice cold. She earned impressive crash-test ratings for frontal and side impacts from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. All of our vehicles are sold with clean titles. Our titles are free and clear of any and all liens. At the time of delivery, we will include any extra keys/remotes that we received for the automobile when we purchased it. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.
- *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. - A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. IMPORTANT!
- We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and you may need to spend a little.
- Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
- All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
- We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.
- Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
- A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
- All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations. I the buyer hereby agree that this sale of said automobile originates in the jurisdiction of Broward county Florida and will be considered as a final State of Florida transaction and sale, regardless of shipping or the state which titling and registration will be done in.

Florida DMV has gone online and a service charge of $99 will apply to each and every temporary tag issued. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6 %.
