Seller has the right to end auction early Payment - Winning
bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and
make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00
deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The
remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no contact
is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list
the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it
otherwise.
Buyer Inspection -
We have done our best to disclose all information known
about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that
used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings
inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject
to fail. We welcome a buyer’s inspection. If
you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you
inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection
fees if any are Buyers responsibility.
Warranty
- Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description,
this vehicle is being sold "as is". No
representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are
any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders
in making bids. Extended warranty may be available for

Additional Fees -
Document and Admin Fee: $199, NJ Residents Pay 7% Sales
Tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all
state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as
title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will
be registered.
Shipping - All
shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help
with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in
any way for claims arising from shipping damage. The amount of time it
takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is
generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up
from our facility until it is delivered to your
destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time
of Arrival to be sure. We can also provide a temporary
plate at an additional fee.
