1). Upon placing a bid on one of our vehicles, you are entering into a legal and binding contract as outlined in the eBay User Agreement.
2). Bidders/Buyers must be of legal age (18 years or older).
3). Bidders with only negative (-1) feedback are not welcome to bid on our auctions and their bids will be terminated and they will be put on a block bidder list. We ask that Bidders/Buyers with less than a three (3) feedback rating must first contact us before bidding. We encourage all interested parties to contact us and talk with us about the Item. Most often times, more can be learned in a 5 minute phone call than this entire auction will tell you, so feel free to give us a call or drop an email.
4). Although this car is being offered on auction, it is also being listed in other venues as well. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion. The seller reserves the right to end the auction early for any reason. Please feel free to contact us through the eBay message system or through the Classic Autoworx website, which can be Googled and easily found.
5). Arizona residents may be subject to State Sales Tax which will be added to the final bid price. We DO NOT accept PayPal as a payment method. If a deposit is required, we do accept Credit Card or Bank to Bank Wire Transfer.
6). All financial transactions must be completed within three (3) days of auctions end. Please have your relevant financials in order to make the purchase in a timely fashion.
7). The successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auctions end to coordinate payment.
8). We as the sellers have done to the best of our ability to disclose all information in regards to this vehicle in said auction. Please be advised that with all pre-owned automobiles, this vehicle may have the typical wear and tear if any vehicle of its age. Mechanical parts of any pre-owned vehicle are subject to possible failure and we offer No Warranty, Cash Backs and will not honor any requests to aid in costs associated with the vehicle after purchase.
9). We encourage and will allow a potential buyer to arrange an inspection on this vehicle PRIOR TO BIDDING. The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with the inspection. If a buyer elects to not get a third party inspection and would like to fly in to Phoenix / Sky Harbor and personally inspect the vehicle, we will make every attempt to meet with the prospective buyer within a reasonable time frame.
10). There is a $150 Administrative/Broker Fee, which will be added to the final bid price. This fee covers all fees that we may incur as to insure a smooth transaction. These fees do not cover titling, registration or any emissions testing if you are an out of state or International buyer.
11). Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will be more than happy to assist in arranging vehicle pick-up. However we cannot accept pick-ups on Sunday or after dark and we no longer supply customers with shipping quotes. Buyer has up to 2 weeks to arrange transport or pick up the vehicle in person. If picking up in person, a $1,000 deposit will be required before pick up with the remainder being paid in cash at pick up unless the vehicle has been paid for in advance. After 2 weeks, storage fees may be applied at the rate of $25.00 per day unless other arrangements are agreed to in advance.
12). Out of state buyers are responsible for all city, county, and state taxes and fees associated with the purchase of this vehicle. In order for the buyer to register their vehicle, all fees and taxes must be paid within their state.

This is a very nice Classic Bronco that has been lovingly kept since being built about 6 years ago. It looks to have received an extensive amount of restoration work from top to bottom, however we would call this a driver quality vehicle. Overall this is a very useful and great looking Classic Bronco. Outfitted for fun, but easy and forgiving to drive around town with the automatic transmission, power steering and disc brakes.
The new seats are a comfortable and a safety upgrade over the stock low backs and there are seat belts front and rear for the family.
