The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Payments: A deposit of $500.00 US FUNDS by Credit Card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD) must be paid within 24 Hours of the close of the listing. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or email a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid within 3 Days. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans.
