At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures.
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
Taxes and Fees
All in state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $259.00. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $150 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction.Out of stste buyers will be charged a 289.00 transaction fee and 45.00 temp and title fee unless other arrangements are made. Please call Roger at 973-222-3362 to make arrangements for payment.
By placing a winning bid, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase. Winning bid becomes the binding sale price. (Excluding tax, tags, or documentation fees) Winner must provide a $150.00 minimum deposit within 48 hours of auction end. (WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ACCEPT YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR DEPOSIT.) Balance of sale price expected within seven (7) working days of auction end. Balance due accepted in cash IN PERSON, cashiers check, loan check and personal check (once cleared). If you bid and win a vehicle that you do not wish to purchase, you will be required to pay a $150 reimursement fee to relist the vehicle.
