Terms of Sale Overview We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. W Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $1000.00 within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Acceptable Payment Methods: Cash (In Person), certified check, cashiers check, bank wire transfer, or third party approved financing. Please call prior to bidding to insure your third party financing is acceptable terms of payment. We don't accept paypal or escrow services. Fees and Taxes: E-Z AUTO charges a $295.00 dealer transaction fee. This fee covers title origination, issue of temporary tag, overnight mail delivery services, as well as fees associated in preparing documents related to the sale. If you are securing financing and your lending institution requires a lien to be filed, the charge is $105.00 to file a lien on your vehicle. E-Z auto will collect sales tax on all applicable residents residing in the state of Florida. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title or registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. If vehicle is driven on Florida highways and your State is a reciprocating state, we will collect sales tax up to 6%. Credit for sales tax collected is allowed by reciprocating states. The buyer is responsible for any additional tax over 6% to be paid to your home State when registering your vehicle. All vehicles are sold as is with no warranty. E-Z auto sells late model low mileage vehicles that may still have existing manufacturer's warranty. All inspections must be completed and financing arranged prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged. Inspection companies are available on the internet as well as eBay. We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive negative feedback. Please email or call us if you have negative feedback or zero feedback prior to bidding. Zero feedback bidders who don't contact us will have their bid canceled. Upon final inspection of the vehicle, if it's not as described, purchaser doesn't have to complete the transaction. We shall gladly refund your deposit and pay for your roundtrip airfare or fuel charge back home. If your vehicle is shipped and upon it's arrival, if it not as described we will gladly accept the vehicle back for a 100% refund. Vehicle must remain with the transportation company. Buyer pays for all shipping charges. We will gladly refund the cost of the vehicle. Please expect minor wear. Vehicle may have dings, chips, dents, wheel scuffs, scratches and other marks that are associated with age and mileage that are not visible in photos. We attempt to accurately describe our vehicles condition with photos and text. Text and photos are subjective and should be used as a guide to determine a vehicles condition prior to bidding. Please expect a certain amount of wear and flaws. This is standard on most used vehicles. Maintenance and check engine lights and related issues are the responsibility of the new owner. Please make an appointment prior to picking up your new vehicle. Appropriate eBay feedback designates completion of the sale. Feedback is to be left at time of pickup in person or if vehicle is shipped, at time of arrival. If shipping is arranged by the buyer, the transportation representative will perform an inspection prior to transporting vehicle and notify buyer of the condition report. Feedback is to be left at time of pickup prior to vehicle being transported. Allow up to 30 days on receipt of title. Prior to bidding, arrangements must be made with our company if your vehicle is not to be picked up in person or if shipping is arranged by the buyer within 5 days. Storage fees of thirty five dollars per day incur after the fifth day if no prior arrangement are made. Non paying bidders are subject to guidelines of the Better Business Bureau, a five hundred dollar re listing fee and also eBay's non paying bidder’s recourse. All non paying bidders that don't communicate with our company are subject to judgments up to five thousand dollars with Broward County Small Claims Court. Suits are filed automatically with our legal department. If you don't intend on paying for your purchase we highly encourage you not to bid on our auctions. We pursue all non paying bidders. Deposits are non refundable.
