This is a good clean original condition no road salt Texas and California van we brought in from a fleet in Texas. It's a 12 passenger XLT with the 5.4 motor and all power options. The van looks very straight, it runs and drives great, tires are in good condition and it's been serviced. These vans are super durable and this one has a very long ways to go yet. If you need a good affordable people mover this is a great option.

This van looks to be original. It has a clean history report and shows no accidents. Everything matches, lines up, and has equal wear. The van has been in California and Texas, no salt, no rust. The wheels covers are new and tires have good even tread all the way around. The windshield has 1 chip, no cracks. Our cost is $125 if you'd like a new one installed. The van has the backup sensors and is setup to tow already.
There's really not much to complain about for wear. It has some light road wear on the front end from a lot of freeway driving, a small ding above the left rear tail light, and a very small slight bend to the door just the 3/4" behind the left rear door hinge, . There's a few small superficial marks, but really, it looks like a van with far less mileage. The photos show it well. |

The interior is in pretty good shape overall. It's a full XLT, power everything, tilt, cruise, and keyless with alarm system. The carpet has a little light normal wear and there's a few burn marks under the drivers seat. It doesn't reek of smoke, but it's lightly evident. I'm very picky and I feel this one will fade pretty quick, but we like to be up front about everything. The upholstery is fine, a little light normal wear and tear, but nothing obvious. The 2nd bench is a newer style seat but the pattern is close. If it's a deal killer, I'm pretty sure we can source a matching seat. Everything works, air blows cold, etc. It has the low tire illuminated on the dash, but all the tires are full. We typically don't fuss with them. |

This van runs out very well and came in that way. We changed the oil, filter, and swapped out the drive shaft for one we had here. The one in it had a small ding, I'm guessing from transport. The brake pad life is good, belt and hoses fine, no drivability issues at all and transmission fluid is bright red. The van has been fleet maintained and really 161k is not much for these. You can see we're selling another right now with 285k and it runs fine as well. You're welcome to fly in and drive home anywhere, this guy is road ready. |

About Us
Denver Fleet is located just 10 minutes from Downtown Denver on the I-70 corridor. We are a small
detail-oriented firm that specializes in the sale of pre-owned commercial fleet and lease vehicles, work trucks,
vans, service vehicles and hard-to-find automobiles. We also build and sell full size 4WD vans. Please don't

Vehicle Inspection + Service
Buyer reserves right to an inspection before purchase is finalized. We service everything we sell and make sure
our vehicles are safe. We're not perfect, but we're darn good. We don't sell new or perfect cars. We sell good
cars at exceptional value. We change the oil and filter in every vehicle, diesels get new fuel filters too. We know
you expect us to be reasonable and we expect the same of you.
Payment
We're easy to get along with, but we need to know if you need special payment accommodation before you
purchase. Our terms are flexible, so if you need time to either pickup the vehicle or extended payment terms all
you need is ask. For several reasons, we do not accept American Express.
Fine print: Successful bidder must contact us within 2 days of the close of the auction, and must submit a
deposit of $500 within 3 days. Remaining balance is to be paid within 10 days of the close of the auction. We
accept Paypal (For Down Payments Only), Master Card, Discover, Visa, Debit-Cards, Bank Wire Transfers, Money
Order, Cashiers Check, Cash in Person, and you can call with any other offers. We're very easy to get along
with.
Delivery/Shipping
Pick it up: We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to
the lot for pickup. The airport is about 20 minutes from our shop. We do not offer airport pickup on Saturday or
Sunday. Saturday we do not have a driver, and Sunday we are closed by law, no exceptions! There are no
additional charges for pickup.
Ship it: We have a local shipping company that we've done business with for many years and they have
reasonable pricing. You can also visit Dependable Auto Shippers, their local terminal is pretty close to us, so we
can drop the vehicle there free of charge. Call us for a shipping quote if you need one.
Financing Options
Denver Fleet can provide financing for customers with good credit in Colorado only. We do not currently offer
any out of state financing, however if you have decent credit, just visit your local credit union and you'll have
no problem obtaining a loan for an out of state vehicle.
There are several online companies that offer financing as well, just Google 'vehicle financing' or 'auto loans' At
5.99% with $0 down for 60 months, each $1,000 costs you roughly $19.32 per month. There are institutions
lending as low as 1-3% for highly qualified customers.
Dealer Disclosure (more fine print you should probably read)
We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, though everyone has
a different opinion of what a condition might be. Please examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of
the advertisement. Denver Fleet reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left
on the vehicle, even when the reserve has been met. Denver Fleet also reserves the right to end the auction
early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions.
It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay
or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for." is constant in both the real world and the
car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes
at our dealership, but will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $249
transfer and handling fee that applies to all sales both in state and out.
Again, all vehicles are for sale locally, and before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder
doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved. EBay allows us the option of ending auctions early because all
vehicle are for sale at any point during the auction. If you are concerned, the buy it now option is always a
good idea. In very rare instances, the vehicle is being sold locally while someone has pressed the buy it now.
