Notice to Bidders: Illinois is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 21 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 14 business days for checks to clear. We reserve the right to end this auction early for any reason and to sell the car to our walk up traffic at any time before end of auction. Please call for further details.

Fees: Out of State
While we usually have the titles for our vehicles at time of making a deal. Sometimes we may be waiting for them to arrive at our corporate office due to a payoff when the title was used to collateralize a loan with the previous owner. Please allow for a 21 day grace period from the day that payment in full was received for us to release and send title to you. If you should require obtaining the title prior to the 21 day grace period, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite the title to you.
Taxes and Fees
Buyer is responsible for fees and taxes required by their state of residence. Please note that some states require us to collect sales taxes for them. These states are ; Arizona, Florida, California, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Illinois. If a 30 day drive away permit is required to transport the vehicle from our location there will be a $10.00 drive away fee added to the transaction. All vehicles sold will have a $164.30 documentary fee added. Buyer is responsible for all licence and title / registration fees associated with properly registering the vehicle and titling the vehicle in their state of residency.

Deposit
A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 24 Hours of auction end to secure the vehicle. We will accept Credit Card or Cash In Person for all deposits. The remainder (payment in full) is due within 72 hours from the receipt of the deposit unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyer agrees to have make payments in full by electronic wire transfer only.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
