Vehicles are sold AS-IS.
Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. You may be required to take the vehicle to smog or inspection, etc in your home state at your expense. We do not provide out of state financing assistance. All out of state buyers are also charged a $199.00 non-negotiable documentation fee. Out of state buyers wishing to take delivery of their new vehicle in Arizona at our dealership will be charged the Arizona tax rate of 7.95%, to avoid this charge the vehicle will need to be shipped.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our sales tax rate is 7.95% and our non-negotiable documentation fee is $199.00. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction via Paypal or wire transfer only.

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. We are closest to Scottsdale Airport - SCF (1/2 mile away) for private planes and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport - PHX (22 miles away) for commercial planes. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
